Certificate of Insurance Requirements:

*COI must cover rented equipment (damage, water damage, theft, theft from unlocked vehicles).

*The coverage amount must covers the replacement cost of the rented equipment.

*Our company must be listed as a Loss Payee/Additional Insured.
